I bought this light to track my dog's activities. After I received the light I turned it in the dark was shocked to find he had marked some furniture and carpetting in my livingroom. It showed up as a flourescent stain on the carpet. The light worked fine on the first UV setting, but was alot more obvious on the second button click.

The white light is very bright compared to mags and the sort. When using the Black light portion I have to use the second setting using all the LEDs, for the 3-Led setting just isn't very effective for my purposes. Overall decent multi use light source for cheaper than forensic stores.
